We’re excited to announce that we now ship worldwide. We offer free UK and EU shipping on orders over £40. Most of our orders are shipped via Evri, Royal Mail (UK), and DPD or DHL (Europe). Our shipping prices at checkout include all local customs and import fees.
UNITED KINGDOM:
Express – 3–5 days: £3.99
Economy – 6–8 days: £1.99
EU:
Express – 5–6 days: €5.99
Economy – 7–9 days: €3.99
INTERNATIONAL:
Economy – 10–12 days: £12
Orders are shipped from the UK, and we aim to deliver all orders within 5–8 business days from the time of purchase. However, we always strive to improve delivery times where possible.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for external factors that may cause shipping delays. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they are already on their way. Returns and refunds are only processed upon receipt of the package.
Occasionally, international packages may be held at customs. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may result in slightly longer delivery times than stated. However, you can track your package and view delivery updates to stay informed on when it will arrive.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
