We accept returns and exchanges on all products—whether they are defective or simply not right for you. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Timeframe: Returns and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, sellable condition including packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our shipping error. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We aim to deliver all orders within 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received.
We cannot issue refunds if care instructions were not followed (these are listed online for each product).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of damaged items, items lost in transit, or items not returned in their original packaging.
We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns and keeping proof of postage. Please contact us in advance at hello@casarolio.com with return details so we can provide you with the return address.
For discounted “second item” offers, the discount will be revoked and the retained item will be charged at full price if only one item is returned.

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to process an exchange. Just follow the same steps above, and let us know your exchange preference by contacting us at support@casarolio.com.
If you added our 10-Month Protection Plan at checkout, you’re covered for one free replacement if your item becomes defective or damaged under normal use within one year of purchase.To claim your replacement, please email support@casarolio.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.
Please note that the Protection Plan is non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled.
We are not responsible for unclaimed or undeliverable packages (e.g. due to incorrect address). These parcels will be returned to us after a few weeks. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued as the matter lies outside our control.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund is issued. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
