1. Shipping  

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes! We ship worldwide. We offer free UK and EU shipping on orders above £30. International shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. 

What are your delivery times? 

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) are processed the next working day Monday-Friday (not including weekends).

UK: 

• Standard: 5-8 days 

Europe: 

• Standard: 6-12 days

International: 

• Standard: 7-10 days 

How much will shipping cost? 

We offer Free UK/EU Shipping on orders over £30/€35 with all taxes included. 

Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you. 

We aim to get all orders delivered within 5-10 working days after the order is made. Please note that while the delivery time is estimated, it is not guaranteed. 

2. My Order  

Can I add a gift wrapping/note? 

At the moment, no. We’re a two-women team handling everything, however, this will still be an option for us to explore. 

How do I return my order? 

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original saleable condition with packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note however we are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred.

If you return an item we recommend using insured registered post and keep proof of postage. We cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Where are your products made?

Our products are crafted by skilled artisans in Turkey, India and Portugal. We take pride in the diverse origins of our creations, and you can find specific details about the making of each product on its respective product page as we want you to know the unique story behind each item you bring into your life.

We're all about being mindful and eco-friendly. We use ethical and organic materials in small batches just to make sure each piece is special. 

What about packaging? 

We're big on no-plastic shipping. Our packaging is either compostable or recyclable, so your order is a win for you and the planet. Feel good about your choices, knowing that you're not just receiving a product but also contributing to a future with less unnecessary waste.
