RETURNS

Please not that orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving them in its original saleable condition with packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when we have made a shipping error. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returned items.

We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged, lost during return transit or not in the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. If you return an item we recommend using insured registered post and keep proof of postage. Please contact hello@casarolio.com with return item details prior to posting the item and we will provide you with a return address. 

  • For discounts that are applicable on a second item, the discount will be revoked, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price 

Please note, all Made-to-order items listed below are NON-RETURNABLE. Please do not send any of these items back for an exchange or refund.

When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.

    We aim to get all orders delivered within 5-10 working days after the order is made. Please note that while the delivery time is estimated, it is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any external circumstances that may cause delays in shipping. Therefore, returns and refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the parcel. 

    Our items have specific care instructions which are listed below each item online. We are therefore unable to provide a refund for an item where instructions have not been followed. 

    Undelivered or Unclaimed shipments:
    We cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages or other reasons of undeliverability (wrong address details etc.). Undelivered parcels are returned back to us in time (weeks usually). A customer is not eligible to a claim/refund due to undeliverability since the problems are related to wrong given address information or national postal services, which we have no control over. 

    REFUNDS

    We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original saleable condition with packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note however we are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Made-to-order items are non-returnable/non-refundable

    If you return an item we recommend using insured registered post and keep proof of postage. We cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the parcel.
