1. Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping to the UK and the EU on orders over £40. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (GMT) will be processed the next working day (Monday to Friday – weekends not included).
UNITED KINGDOM:
Standard: 5–7 days
Europe:
Standard: 6–12 days
International:
Standard: 7–10 days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within the UK/EU on orders over £40, including all applicable taxes.
Sometimes, international packages may be held at customs. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may cause delivery times to be slightly longer than estimated. However, you’ll be able to track your parcel and view delivery updates to know when it will arrive.
We aim to deliver all orders within 5–10 business days from the order date. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
2. My Order
Can I add gift wrapping/a note?
Yes! You can leave a personalised gift message at checkout. While we currently don’t offer gift wrap, every item is carefully packed to create a beautiful unboxing experience.
How can I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, we offer refunds for any item returned in its original, sellable condition with packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you’re returning an item, we recommend using insured, trackable shipping and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We also cannot take responsibility for interest charges applied by your credit card provider while waiting for your refund.

Where are your products made?
Our products are crafted by skilled artisans in Turkey, India, and Portugal. We take pride in the diverse origins of our creations, and you’ll find specific production details on each product page—because we want you to know the unique story behind every piece you bring into your life.
We prioritise mindfulness and sustainability. We use ethical and organic materials in small batches to ensure each piece is truly special.
What about the packaging?
We use plastic-free shipping materials. Our packaging is either compostable or recyclable, making your order a win for both you and the planet. Feel good about your choices—because you’re not just receiving a product, you’re contributing to a future with less unnecessary waste.
